We want you to love your jewellery from Drama Llama Fashion Jewellery.
If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how you can return items and request a refund or exchange.

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Returns Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Earrings or other pierced jewellery (unless faulty).

  • Custom-made or personalised items (unless faulty).

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

How to Return an Item

    • Your name and order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • The reason for return

  2. We will reply with instructions and our return address.

  3. Pack the item securely (preferably in the original packaging) and post it using a tracked delivery service.

You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where we made an error or the item was faulty.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us first to check stock availability.
We’ll ship the replacement once we receive the original item.
Postage costs may apply.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:

  1. Check your bank account or card provider again.

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, email us at [your contact email address].

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items may only be refunded at the price paid, not the original full price.
Sale items are still covered by your statutory rights if faulty.
